Row By Row Experience

Yesterday, My Cute Husband and I found ourselves with several hours to kill ... in Virginia.  It was prime SHOP HOP time.

We attended a retirement ceremony for a friend - 34 years of service.

Haven't been to a Navy ceremony in a long time ... I've missed it.  Going up the gangway in heeled sandals wasn't bad , coming back down - I had to be really careful.

The cake - really yummy!

The ceremony was in the morning, the party was in the later afternoon.  

What to do?

Shop Hop!!

We made it to 8 ... yes, EIGHT quilt shops.  I collected 8 different free Row By Row patterns and 4 fabric license plates.  And, of course, a little retail therapy as well.

It was such a fun day!
