southern Comforters of Bowie quilt show was a great success. It takes a year to plan, a lot of work by many people, a broad sense of humor and a supportive husband ... we did it!
And ... I took one picture.
This is my car in the parking lot - Friday afternoon, Saturday morning, Saturday evening, Sunday morning, Sunday evening. I started to take a picture each time I arrived and departed the school (where the show was held), when I realized ... it was the same shot every time. So 1 photo was enough.
Yes, I was "the last quilter standing."
I'm taking a planned blog break for the next week - time to regroup, reenergize, and most importantly - visit with Kid#2, who is coming to visit for a few days.
